format. We are equally
excited about our salad bar. Patrons

taste our fabulous food and
salad offerings. Our lunch
buffet consist of more than
20 different dishes of cajun, soul, and creole
cuisines. We will offer on our
salad bar, items that you
let us know you prefer.

Jeremy N.
Benoit (a.k.a. "JB Saax") has been a special
guess some Saturday nights at Taste-N-Sea
Restaurant. Mr. Benoit is a passionate
smooth jazz musician and has been involved
in many musical productions and programs
around Acadiana. He is currently a student
at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette
majoring in Public Relations and has been
intensely pursuing his love of music for as
long as he can remember. He has performed
with the ULL Jazz Combo, the ULL Gospel
Choir, the Acadiana Ecumenical Choir, and
with many of the local bands and singers in
the Lafayette, LA area. He has become a
regular on the music scene at venues like
Mazen Grill, Cafe Vermilionville, A La
Carte, Gurmas Restaurant & Grill, Petroleum
Club, and most recently...Taste-N-Sea
Restaurant.
