Taste n Sea Elite Tastings provides professionally guided beer tasting experiences for hotels, resorts, destination management companies, corporate events, and private gatherings throughout Southern California.

All services are subject to availability, venue approval, and applicable laws and regulations.

2. Booking & Payment

A signed agreement and required deposit are necessary to confirm bookings.

Payment Terms

  • Deposit due upon booking confirmation

  • Remaining balance due prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing

Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of services.

3. Event Changes & Guest Counts

Final guest counts must be confirmed no later than [7] days prior to the event.

Changes to:

  • Guest count

  • Timing

  • Venue location

  • Experience format

may affect pricing, staffing, and availability.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate adjustments whenever possible.

4. Cancellations

Client Cancellations

  • More than 14 days prior: Deposit retained

  • 7–13 days prior: 75% of total balance due

  • Less than 7 days prior: Full balance due

5. Responsible Alcohol Service

Taste n Sea Elite Tastings supports responsible alcohol consumption and reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service to intoxicated guests

  • End service if safety concerns arise

  • Request valid identification where required

Participants must be 21 years of age or older.

6. Venue Requirements

Clients are responsible for:

  • Obtaining venue approval for alcohol service

  • Providing suitable event space and access

  • Ensuring compliance with venue policies

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Restricted access

  • Parking or permit requirements

  • Extended setup needs

7. Insurance & Liability

Taste n Sea Elite Tastings maintains general liability and applicable liquor liability insurance.

Certificates of insurance may be provided upon request.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taste n Sea Elite Tastings shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services or events.

8. Intellectual Property
